Komainu is a regulated institutional digital-asset custodian headquartered in Jersey, with offices in London, Dubai and Singapore. It is regulated by the Jersey FSC and Dubai's VARA and backed by Laser Digital (Nomura) and Blockstream.

On 15 December 2025 Komainu added custody of HYPE on HyperEVM, held in segregated onchain wallets, and HYPE staking via HyperCore through its validator partners. hyperliquid.xyz names Komainu among the qualified custodians available to Hyperliquid users, and Hyperliquid's docs list it as a HyperCore custodian.
