Introduction

The Hyper Foundation supports the long-term growth and decentralization of the Hyperliquid blockchain and ecosystem.

It runs Hyperliquid's bug bounty, the staking delegation program that stakes HYPE with selected validators, and ecosystem grants. It also operates five validators, Hyper Foundation 1-5, with about 208M HYPE staked in total (27 Oct 2026), and a non-validating node with approved peering providers. It received 144 Hypurr genesis NFTs (Sept 2025) and funded the Hyperliquid Policy Center with 1M HYPE (Feb 2026).
