Treehouse is building the decentralized fixed income layer for digital assets.
The protocol is designed to bring more transparent, predictable, and composable yield infrastructure to DeFi through two core products: tAssets and Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR).
tAssets are liquid yield-bearing assets that allow users to access native staking rewards alongside Market Efficiency Yield (MEY), an additional source of yield captured from market inefficiencies across DeFi. Existing Treehouse tAssets include products such as tETH and tAVAX, with tHYPE now extending the tAsset ecosystem to Hyperliquid.
tHYPE is Treehouse’s latest tAsset, designed for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. It allows users to put their HYPE to work through a liquid, composable asset that provides access to HYPE staking yield while unlocking additional yield opportunities through Treehouse’s strategy infrastructure.
By holding tHYPE, users can continue participating across DeFi while maintaining exposure to HYPE staking yield. tHYPE is designed to be composable across the Hyperliquid ecosystem, enabling future use cases across liquidity pools, collateral markets, vaults, and broader DeFi integrations.
Beyond tAssets, Treehouse is also building Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR), a decentralized benchmark rate framework for digital assets. DOR is designed to create transparent reference rates for DeFi, supporting the development of fixed-rate lending, rate derivatives, structured products, and other fixed income primitives.
With tHYPE, Treehouse is bringing its fixed income and real-yield infrastructure to Hyperliquid, helping expand the ecosystem’s yield opportunities while supporting deeper liquidity and composability.
